Note: CME first seen to the NW beginning at 2026-07-05T17:00Z in SOHO LASCO C2, as well as by SOHO LASCO C3 and GOES CCOR-1 in later frames. This CME is not clearly seen in STEREO A COR2. The source of this event is an M1.4 flare from AR 14479 (N16W88) peaking at 2026-07-05T16:32Z as seen in SDO AIA 131. A wide EUV wave and field line opening extending to the East of the flare (out to approx. East 50) is also visible in SDO AIA 171, 193 and GOES SUVI 284.
